What we collect

Name, phone, email and delivery address; the personalisation text and photos you upload; order and payment status (card details are handled by our payment partner and never stored by us); and, with your consent, anonymous analytics.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, send your proof and updates, answer your questions and, only if you opt in, send occasion reminders.

Photos you upload

Used only to create your engraving. Deleted from our systems 60 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for a re-order.

Sharing

Only with the partners needed to fulfil your order (payment processing, engraving workshop, delivery courier). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@giftlineuae.com, in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
