Timing

Every order is made for you. Our standard promise is 4 working days from the moment you approve your digital proof to delivery at your door, anywhere in the UAE.

During busy seasons (for example before Eid or Mother's Day) a notice at the top of the site shows the current lead time. The estimated delivery date is always shown before you pay.

Working days

Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Gift delivery

Sending to someone else? Add their details at checkout, tick “hide prices” and include a handwritten card. We contact the recipient only to arrange delivery.
